Design yours in the studioThe Problem
Your chargers get visited thousands of times a day — but they look like every other stall on the network. A missed chance to stand out.
The Solution
DIY Wrap Club works with vetted local installers to wrap your chargers at an affordable, professional rate — without you lifting a finger.
Professional install or DIY — we make it easy either way.
We deploy a team anywhere in the USA and work with vetted local installers so you get a pro result at a fair price — travel included.
Shipped worldwide. Every kit includes 2 practice kits so you can test the install, plus a full instructional course so your team nails it.
We 3D-scan the chargers and cut every kit down to the mm. That means no guesswork, no wrinkles, and a wrap that looks factory-installed.
One point of contact from design to delivery. Questions, changes, and scheduling are handled for you — not passed around a call center.
Charger models
We wrap Tesla Superchargers and most commercial DC fast chargers and Level 2 pedestals. Every unit below is already 3D-scanned, so kits are cut to the millimeter for the exact model on your site.

Tesla's official V4 Supercharger branding template defines exactly where a logo can live on the post. We design to it, and the AI Design Studio locks artwork to the same area.
Important artwork rule
Do not use Tesla, Supercharger, "Powered by," or any Tesla branding in your logo design. Use of Tesla's name or logo without approval constitutes copyright infringement and will not be approved. Your own brand marks, sponsors, and artwork are fine — we'll help you design within the rules.
Materials
Short answer: choose printed vinyl for economical, colorful branding. Choose clear PPF (matte or gloss) to protect the charger face or a printed wrap from cable and handle scuffs for 10+ years. Printed PPF — custom graphics embedded in protective film — is not available yet; ask us about the pilot waitlist.
| Feature | Printed vinyl | PPF (matte/gloss) | Printed PPF |

Cost
Every project is quoted individually because charger model, count, and material change the price substantially. DIY kits are the most economical route; managed installation adds crew and travel. Send your details and you'll get a formal, itemized quote — no generic price list.
Multi-stall sites get volume pricing — the per-charger cost drops as the site grows.
Tesla Supercharger V4 and V3 posts use more material than a Wall Connector faceplate. V2 Superchargers cannot be wrapped.
Printed vinyl is the economical option; clear PPF (matte/gloss) protects for 10+ years; printed PPF is coming soon.
Managed install includes crew and travel. DIY kits ship worldwide with backup panels.
Simple logo placement is quicker to template than full wrap-around artwork.
Travel is itemized by metro; clustered sites in one trip cost less per charger.

Why DIY Wrap Club
We don't just print a graphic and hope it fits. We scan the chargers, build precision templates, and ship kits that install clean — with backup pieces, protective film, and a real human account manager to back you up.

AI Design Studio
Drop in your logo for a clean decal, or describe a full custom wrap and we'll render the whole charger.
Describe what you want for the approved area — we'll drop it straight into the placement tool.
AI logos count toward your 10 free concepts a day. For production we'll need a vector file — we can redraw the winning concept for you.
Keeps the logo inside Tesla's approved template. Either way we hold a bleed margin around the edges so nothing prints tight to the border.
Tesla V4 branding template
Artwork is locked to the graphic area: 16" w × 18" h — top of logo 64" from ground. Logos must be supplied in vector format (.svg, .eps, .ai, .pdf) for production, and can be applied to one or both sides of each post.
Do not use Tesla, Supercharger, "Powered by," or any Tesla branding in your logo design — it will not be approved.
Adjustments update the preview instantly — export when it looks right.
AI previews are for visualization only. Send us your artwork with a quote request and we'll produce the production-ready kit.

Where we install
We deploy managed crews anywhere in the United States and itemize travel in your quote. Our completed installs are in Nashville and Brentwood, Tennessee, and these are the metros we quote most often. Outside the USA, we ship DIY kits worldwide.
Not listed? We still travel there — tell us your location in the quote form and we'll price the trip.
Tell us about your chargers and we'll send a detailed quote for professional install or a precision DIY kit — travel, materials, and account management included.
Everything site owners, networks, and property managers ask before wrapping a charging station.
Yes. We wrap Tesla Supercharger V3 and V4 posts, Tesla Wall Connectors, and most commercial DC fast chargers and Level 2 pedestals, including Electrify America, EVgo, ChargePoint, and Blink units. We do not wrap V2 Superchargers. We 3D-scan the chargers we support, so our templates are cut to the millimeter for the exact model on your site.
Pricing depends on charger count, charger model, material (printed vinyl, PPF, or printed PPF), artwork complexity, and whether you want professional installation or a DIY kit. Multi-charger sites get volume pricing, and DIY kits are the most economical option. Send your details through the quote form and we'll return a formal, itemized quote.
Yes. We deploy a team and work with vetted local installers across the United States, with travel costs included in your quote. Our most recent installs were in Nashville and Brentwood, Tennessee. Outside the USA, we ship DIY kits worldwide.
Every DIY kit includes precision-cut panels for each charger, two practice kits so you can test the install before applying the final pieces, an instructional video course, install tools guidance, and a dedicated account manager you can reach throughout the project.
We offer three material paths. Printed vinyl is the economical choice for short- to mid-term branding. Clear PPF (matte or gloss) is a protective film that goes over the charger face or over a printed wrap to guard against charging handles, cables, and daily scuffs for 10+ years. Printed PPF combines full-color graphics with PPF protection; it is not available yet, but you can ask to be notified when it launches.
A quality printed vinyl wrap typically lasts 5 to 7 years outdoors depending on climate and sun exposure. Clear PPF (matte or gloss) is rated for at least 10 years. Printed PPF will also be rated for 10+ years when it becomes available.
Our films are applied to exterior painted and plastic panels only — never over vents, sensors, screens, connectors, or serviceable hardware. The film is removable and does not modify the charger's hardware or electronics. If your operator has specific branding rules, tell us and we'll design within them.
A professional install takes about 30–45 minutes per stall once the crew is on site. A single charger is typically done in a few hours, and a multi-stall site is usually completed in one to two days. Chargers stay in service between panels wherever the site allows, and we schedule around your traffic patterns to minimize downtime.
Yes. Use the free AI Design Studio on this page to upload your logo for a centered top-third placement or generate a full-charger wrap concept. You can adjust size and placement, download the mockup, and attach it directly to your quote request.
Yes. Because we print rather than use stock colors, we can reproduce logos, photography, regional artwork, sponsorship graphics, or full-color scenes across the entire charger, then protect them with clear PPF (matte or gloss) for a long-lasting finish.
Tesla's official V4 Supercharger branding template allows a graphic area of 16" wide by 18" tall on the post, with the top of the logo 64" from the ground. Branding can be applied to one or both sides of each post, and production artwork must be supplied in vector format (.svg, .eps, .ai, or .pdf). Our AI Design Studio locks logo placement to that exact approved area so what you preview is what can be produced.
No. Tesla's branding template is explicit: do not use Tesla, Supercharger, "Powered by," or any Tesla branding in your logo design. Use of Tesla's name or logo without approval constitutes copyright infringement and will not be approved. Your own brand marks, sponsor logos, and custom artwork are fine, and our design team will keep your artwork inside the approved rules.
Yes — we handle design end to end. Send us your logo, brand guidelines, photos, or even a rough sketch and our in-house design team will build print-ready charger artwork for you. You can also use the free AI Design Studio on this page to generate a concept first, then attach it to your quote and we'll refine it into production files. AI renders are a visual reference only — we still design and prep them as printable files before production.
We travel nationwide. Our completed installs are in Nashville and Brentwood, Tennessee, and we regularly quote projects in Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Atlanta, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Miami, Denver, Charlotte, Seattle, and Chicago. Travel is itemized in your quote, so a site anywhere in the USA can be wrapped by a managed crew.
Yes. Both vinyl and PPF are removable films. Seasonal campaigns, sponsorship changes, and rebrands can be re-wrapped over the same 3D-scanned templates, so reorders are faster and cheaper than the first run.
Yes — that is one of the most common reasons operators wrap. A charging stall is seen by every driver who parks there and by everyone passing the lot, so wraps are used for sponsor branding, retail co-marketing, tourism and regional artwork, and destination campaigns. We print the artwork and can protect it with clear PPF (matte or gloss) so it stays sellable for years.
Send the quote form with your company, location, charger version, and charger count — plus photos or an AI mockup if you have them. We'll reply with a formal quote covering install or DIY kit options, materials, timeline, and travel.
Still have a question? Send us your project details and we'll answer with a formal quote.
